Company Description TurboPLM is a specialized consulting firm focused on Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions that help organizations streamline how products are designed, developed, and maintained. Role Description The Product Lifecycle Management Consultant is a full-time remote role responsible for guiding clients through the assessment, design, and implementation of PLM strategies and tools. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing existing product development and business processes, gathering requirements from cross-functional stakeholders, and configuring PLM solutions to meet client needs. The consultant will prepare and deliver workshops, documentation, and training to help teams adopt new workflows effectively. The role also involves coordinating project timelines, ensuring deliverables are met, and collaborating with technical and business partners to resolve issues. This position requires proactive communication, independent work, and regular virtual meetings with client teams and internal colleagues.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Product Lifecycle Management, including PLM strategy, process design, and implementation.
Candidates should possess skills in Business Process analysis and optimization, with the ability to map and improve end-to-end product-related workflows.
Candidates should possess skills in Consulting, such as stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and solution recommendation.
Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including planning, coordination, and tracking of milestones and deliverables.
Candidates should possess skills in Computer-Aided Design (CAD), with familiarity in integrating CAD data into PLM environments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts in clear, structured ways.
Experience working remotely, managing multiple client engagements, and collaborating with distributed teams.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information systems, business, or a related field; PLM platform or project management certifications are a plus.
Prior experience in manufacturing, engineering, or product development environments is beneficial.
