Fabricator - Metal Manufacturing

Location: Fresno, CA

Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Fabricator for a metal manufacturing facility in Fresno, CA. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience fabricating, assembling, and finishing metal components while maintaining quality and safety standards in a production environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
• Measure, cut, grind, weld, and assemble metal components to specification.
• Operate fabrication equipment, including saws, presses, grinders, drills, and other shop machinery.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of fabrication experience preferred.
• Experience in a metal manufacturing or fabrication environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and measuring instruments.
• Knowledge of welding and metalworking processes is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and dependable work history.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and use of hand tools.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting Pay: $22.00 per hour
